February 4: Founders Day Luncheon. The Chattanooga Choo Choo, Roosevelt Room, at 11 AM. R.S.V.P. required by remitting $16.00 per guest by Friday, January 23, 2015 to the Hamilton County Council of PTAs. Download Invitation. Mayor Andy Berke will be the guest speaker.
February 14: Final Membership Report due to the Council
March 1: Reports for County PTA Unit of the Year, Prinicpal of the Year, Teacher of the Year Due. Local units can use the County Council Forms to submit just to the council. Or local units can use the State PTA forms to submit to both the state and council. Council Unit of the Year. Council Principal of the Year. Council Teacher of the Year.
April 24 -26, 2015: Tennessee PTA Convention in Chattanooga. Plan your local unit budget now to send a voting delegate! Every local unit is entitled to at least one registered, voting delegate. All voting delegates must have paid the appropriate convention registration costs to Tennessee PTA to receive a voting card. More voting delegates may be registered and paid for based on membership numbers per your unit bylaws. Find Convention registration information here.

Standard membership is ten dollars, and six of that 10 dollars goes to the Council's scholarship fund.
