Chattanooga GradNation is July 20th. RSVP must be submitted by July 15th.
The Summit is free to the public! Anyone planning to attend needs to register at uwchatt.org/GradNation by July 15th. Space is limited!!
United Way of Greater Chattanooga UWGC (UWGC) and the Hamilton County Department of Education are partnering to host a GradNation Community Education Summit from 8:00am - 3:00pm on Monday, July 20, 2015 at First Presbyterian Church.
The Summit will include keynote speakers Candice McQueen-Tennessee Commissioner of Education and Joanna Fox-Senior Policy Analyst from the national organization “Everyone Graduates” (a research program of Johns Hopkins University).
The community is invited to participate in information workshops that will address Early Childhood Readiness, Foundational Literacy, Middle School transition, and High School Graduation. Youth and Community panels will address challenges and supports needed for all children to be successful in school.

Join the Hamilton County At-Large Local Unit (HCAL) A standard membership is ten dollars, and six of that 10 dollars goes to the Council's scholarship fund.
Join at the HCAL Silver Level -- $80 dollars -- and at that level, PTA HCAL local unit membership dues paid, and receive one free Founders Day Luncheon ticket and two free Principal Dinner tickets and a $20 donation to the council scholarship fund. A great value deal and worthwhile contribution!
