PTA Fundamentals | Meeting Schedule
March 11: March Council Meeting at 11 AM. Get treasurer and financial information; board elections and nominations help. This meeting will be held at the Eastside Utility Building, which is on the same property corner as HCDE. Please park only on their right-side or left-side parking lots. Please leave the middle parking lot for their customers.
April 13: PTA/Principal Dinner, Chattanooga Choo Choo Ballroom. More information will be posted about RSVP and meal ticket prices. PTA Units - Participate in decorating a dinner table - like last year, the best judged decorated table will receive a plaque at the dinner! The theme is "Our Heroes." Who are your PTA unit superheroes?
April 24 -26, 2015: Tennessee PTA Convention in Chattanooga. Plan your local unit budget now to send a voting delegate! Every local unit is entitled to at least one registered, voting delegate. All voting delegates must have paid the appropriate convention registration costs to Tennessee PTA to receive a voting card. More voting delegates may be registered and paid for based on membership numbers per your unit bylaws. Find Convention registration information here.
